After 18 years of enterprise delivery, most of my energy now goes into a narrower problem: how do you give an organization real AI capability — not a chatbot bolted onto a workflow, but agents that are tested, governed, and trusted enough to run unattended.

Stopped arguing about: estimates are wrong the day you write them. I stopped pretending otherwise — I just replan faster now.

04 / Outside work
Outside client work, I've spent 15 years accumulating my own listening history, and the last few months building a real enrichment pipeline around it: joining it against MusicBrainz, Wikidata, and Discogs, and routing ambiguous genre calls through a small internal classifier I nicknamed Jev. I held it to a predeclared accuracy gate before letting it near a real decision, and shut it down the day it missed that gate, no appeals.
